• Jason W. Burnett joined the firm on November 1st. Jason was previously with the firm of Rafer & Burnett, where, as a shareholder, he litigated earnest money disputes, unlawful and forcible detainer actions (representing landlords/owners), breach of contract actions (plaintiffs' and defense counsel) and suits for specific performance (plaintiffs’ counsel) in King and Pierce Counties, as well as represented clients in real estate and business transactions. He will continue his litigation and transactional practice for real estate and business clients. See Jason's bio here.
