Ms. Gowan’s practice focuses on estate, business and tax matters, with an emphasis on estate and wealth transfer planning; wills, trusts, tax, charitable, business and insurance planning; probate, estate and trust administration. Ms. Gowan also focuses on multi-jurisdictional planning for individuals who hold assets in multiple states or internationally. She speaks and presents on estate planning, probate, trust and tax planning topics.
Ms. Gowan also serves as faculty for continuing legal education seminars and writes on practice related topics. Her works include:
