Dominik Musafia
Associate
Areas Of Practice:
- Family Law
- Real Estate Transactions
- Business Law
Experience:
As a family law practitioner, Dominik Musafia does not believe that every client should be shoe-horned into a “one size fits all” approach. Depending on the parties’ situations he often recommends the “collaborative” or “cooperative” models as well traditional litigation and other forms of “alternative dispute resolution”. He finds that the best solutions often come from finding common ground, rather than relying exclusively on the order of a court. That said, he distinguished himself in law school for his litigation skills and approaches every case knowing that the end result may ultimately be decided at trial.
As a real estate attorney Dominik brings the additional training, licensing, and experience of a real estate broker. He understands real estate transactions from all angles and often works with real estate agents and their clients.
Finally, Dominik has been involved in the music industry since 1993, when he was employed in Cremona, Italy. He has represented clients in art law ranging from the individual musician to the multinational insurance company.
He has lectured and published numerous articles on diverse topics of family, business and art law.
